Our mornings have been on repeat this week. Wake up about 4-5-ish, get up and do some yoga/diary. Then go back to bed for a bit. Get up around 6-ish and have a slow morning and then leave about 9am to do something.
The weather today was sunny and crisp when we left. Much more like the usual weather we get when visiting art this time of year. We got the ferry to DUMBO which took about 15 minutes. We were searching for birthday cake for me but haven't found anything tet. We had a coffee and raspberry/almond muffin. Unfortunately the D'uMBO area is heavily gentrified. We walked back through the tourist trap of Brooklyn Bridge.
We grabbed some bagels and had them back at the apartment. We went over to the Eaterly to get the remaining food we needed. Then back to Manhatta for drinks. And then a light dinner of Italian and more to finish the day.
Gio was starting to get used to use in the apartment. Here is his snuggling on his chair.
